Video 2: Jump Air Squat Burpees, Mountain climbers. This works the legs, abdominals, chest and triceps. Do 3 sets of 5-10 reps.

Good stuff! I think that the more complex combinations (like in video 2) will require some kind of visual aid though- otherwise, without the video in front of them, it would be tough for a lot of people to remember the sequencing and form
