High Intensity Interval Training is an extremely effective fitness system that consists of short bursts of high intensity exercises separated by shorter rest periods.

Our team of certified Personal Trainers will guide you to your fitness and weight loss goals using the HIIT protocol that will give you results like you’ve never seen before, through individual or group training. Our methodology will increase your Resting Metabolic Rate that will have you burning calories for a full 24 hours after training.

You can plug into our database of qualified instructors to suit your needs; be it to lose weight, tone up, increase musculature, run a 10k, improve your cycling or to quite simply slay! What does HIIT stand for?
High Intensity Interval Training. This type of workout is all about core strengthening and calorie burning in a SHORT amount of time! Great for anyone that can’t seem to find the time to workout.
What equipment will I need?
None! One of the best parts of this program. These workouts can be done from almost anywhere with nothing needed.
How often should I be working out?
The HIITsquad_ Program has been designed with Rest Days on every 6th day. To see optimum results in strength building and improvements in your overall endurance, we do recommend following the program daily. With that being said, we know that we are all human and everyone has days that it just isn’t going to happen. So when you miss a day? No big deal!! In fact enjoy a skipped day here or there and hop right back on the bandwagon the next morning. Our hope is that the HIITsquad_ 30 minute exercise routine would become a positive habit that you will over-time crave, and do anything not to miss.
Can everyone do HIIT?
Please note, mamas, that though anyone is welcome, if you are pre or post natal, please discuss with your doctor prior to participation in the HIITSquad_ workouts. HIIT workouts have not been designed for pre or post natal & do require your doctors clearance prior to participation.
Can I still lift weights?
Yes! Your cardio and toning was done on the H.I.I.T days. The strengthening and toning we do will not interfere with your weight training.
Is HIIT more effective than a normal workout?
Yes! You’ll BURN MORE CALORIES. Not only do you burn more calories during a HIIT workout, but the effect of all that intense exertion kicks your body’s repair cycle into hyperdrive. That means you burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout.
Is High Intensity Training (HIT) safe?
People who have not done exercise for a while might feel nervous about doing anything that sounds “intense”. This is understandable and we certainly recommend that if you are very unfit you start gradually. If you have any doubts about your health check with your doctor before starting any new exercise regimes.

Clearly there are risks as well as benefit to doing anything and exercise is no exception. The evidence, however, points overwhelmingly to the fact that the risks of not doing exercise greatly outweigh the risks of doing it.
