This is the the first in a 3 part series of Natural Bodyweight workouts to compliment a healthy eating plan. Performing the simple workouts 3-4 times a week will stimulate the natural pumping mechanisms of the body and enliven your mental and physical being.

- Y-Squats – 10 reps
- Shoulder Taps – 10 reps
- Alternating Reverse Lunge – 10 reps
- Skydivers – 10 reps
- Rest 1 minute and repeat
