Natural Bodyweight Workout - Part 2

Only start this workout when you can complete 3 circuits of level 1. Level 2 gets a little more dynamic so take your time and get the movements right. Don't forget to breath, learn to use your breath with the movement, not against it.
Level 2
- Yoga Squats- 10 reps
- Slow Mountain Climbers- 10 reps
- Alternating Forward Lunge- 10 reps
- Swimmers- 10 reps
- Rest 1 minute and repeat
