Natural Bodyweight Workout – Part 2

Eden Lifestyle is pleased to present level 2 of the Natural Bodyweight Workout.

Only start this workout when you can complete 3 circuits of level 1. Level 2 gets a little more dynamic so take your time and get the movements right. Don’t forget to breath, learn to use your breath with the movement, not against it.

Level 2

  1. Yoga Squats- 10 reps
  2. Slow Mountain Climbers- 10 reps
  3. Alternating Forward Lunge- 10 reps
  4. Swimmers- 10 reps
  5. Rest 1 minute and repeat
