This is the final body weight workout of the collection of 3 that compliments my Natural Diet.
This is the most advanced of the 3 workouts so if you cannot complete 3 circuits of level 2, or level 1 then please continue with those workouts. There are no prizes for completing the hardest workout just the possibility of bad technique and injury. Please listen to your body and stay within your limitations.

- Burpees – 10 reps
- Press Ups – 10 reps
- Side Lunges – 10 reps each side
- Dirty Dogs – 10 reps
- Rest 1 minute and repeat
